Base screen: should generally look like current PW-esque one with planets on a galaxy, links drawn between them. Not-available-yet planets should be hidden. Have clickable links for journal and (future) comm config screen, perhaps on a sidebar?

• (but with a way to read any journal entries associated with that planet's mission as well - jump to journal screen?)
• Since we don't have any art that will look good at that size, we may have to make it smaller and appear as a popup (X to close)
