About The Pull Request

Removes the weird military base near the western-middle of the map and rearranges a bunch of the buildings over there in preparation for a larger change. There are now more trees and rocks, a series of park ranger-themed buildings with their own treasures and places to make your own, and a bunch of goodies put here and there for people to snag.

del: Removed the military base near the hospital.
tweak: Moved the hospital further south to where those picnic tables were.
fix: Adjusted a defib mount in the hospital so you can't access it from the outside.
add: Expanded the dirt forest from the river to the back of the hospital.
add: Added a ranger lodge full of fixed and random goodies, plus a few melee mutants to threaten unwary salvagers. The lodge also has a hole into a new mini-dungeon: a sinkhole full of ghouls and radioactive waste, hidden in the former parkland by unscrupulous persons before the War. Getting out may be a little more challenging than getting in...
add: Added a fire watch tower next to the ranger lodge for people who want to spy on everybody going near.
add: Added a little offshoot river fork into a mini mire for creatures who want to... lurk.
add: Added a holotape store off the Chiken Ranch parking lot.
tweak: The robot bunker has been moved from a random surface entrance next to the military base to underneath the new holotape store. Now it's a secret base! Kinda!
add: Re-added the mutant armors and clothing items scattered around the power plant ground floor that got accidentally deleted in a previous PR.
fix: Made the new trader store windows unable to be un-anchored. I think. Maybe.
add: Added a couple hostile encounters around the north end of the hospital, including an anti-stim Legionary and some stingy bois guarding a punchy bit.
tweak: Moved the parts store that was previously behind the garage immediately west of Khan Town across the street from the same in favor of yet more trees.
add: Added a cute lil' garden with some fixed plant spawns near the subway entrance.
tweak: Adjusted the junkyard. Now it's less "scrap yard" and more "fortified parking lot." The couple of raiders there have been spying on the NCR... but why...?
tweak: Adjusted a bunch of turf around the ruins south of the aforementioned parking lot in preparation for my future dark designs, and because they got weird with all the other nearby changes.
