Enhancements to monitoring locations map and well registry

Currently it's difficult to find specific stations based on name.

Suggested new features:

• Shapefile layers (e.g., basin outlines, roads, watercourses, communities).
• Search option - highlight stations on map that match query
• Label option - annotate stations on map
