Water Well Registry build out

Water well registry is missing some pieces:

1. DONE Add a way to show only YOWN (or other network) wells.

2. Add geology layers: surficial and bedrock geo

3. Add drainage basins

4. Add land parcels polygons

5. Add summary stats and/or report for wells within an area of interest

   • BC does this with a simple exportable table below the map (no summary stats). Table is too simple though, even lacking lat/lon info.

6. DONE Allow users to see individual points OR aggregated points in Leaflet map

7. Add mapped aquifers and consider adding well capture zone layers.
