• Add the exact-kernel profile for MEIZU 20 Pro on Flyme 10.2.0.0A.
• Register it in the built-in index and both supported-device lists.
• Restore general README files and remove unrelated changes.

Verification

• Temporary root was successfully obtained on the real device before this cleanup. This cleanup does not change the tested profile.
• Local checks pass: all 63 indexed profiles parse; releases and files are unique and match; target geometry and credential bounds are valid; bilingual registration and diff scope are correct.
• The four-file patch applies to latest upstream main, whose resulting index has 64 entries.
• PR diff: 4 files, 122 insertions, 0 deletions. General READMEs and .gitignore match upstream.
• Previous head 11ab69d passed Build CI. This is the prior head's result.
• Cleanup-head CI reports action_required and has no jobs; the new head has no passing CI result yet.
• Local Gradle export, tests and APK build could not start because JDK 21 is unavailable. Native build, host tests and lint could not run because the required tools are unavailable.

Limits

Support is limited to the exact firmware and kernel above. Root is temporary and is lost after reboot. Repeatability and long-term stability have not been established. No new device root run was performed during this cleanup.
