Note: It requires Mogan Research v1.2.9.1 LTS, for GNU TeXmacs, it might not work fine!
First of all, you need to learn about the TEXMACS_HOME_PATH (see the TEXMACS_HOME_PATH secion of Mogan v.s. GNU TeXmacs):
cd $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH/plugins
git clone [email protected]:XmacsLabs/latex.git
# git clone [email protected]:XmacsLabs/latex.git
