Post details: Twitter's classic counts row, as a setting - #119

X dropped the row under an opened post that read "12 Reposts 3 Quotes 50 Likes" and opened who did each, and it shows a post's likers only to its author. Settings > Post details now picks between that and X's layout (users.preferences.classic_post_details, X's by default). Classic draws the row above the post's buttons from a new /i/api/xitter/post-counts, with the numbers taken off the repost, like and bookmark buttons; each count opens the client's own Reposts, Quotes and Likes pages. Two patches to the engagements screen show its Likes tab and list to everyone who chose classic, not only to the author. The server already answered the likers list for anyone.

The pages under /account/ were only reachable from the new Settings >
Xitter settings entry, which comes from a patch of the client's Settings
list. Until that entry has shown, the Account screen gets its rows again,
so a client build the patch misses doesn't hide them.
The pinned build gates the Likes list as if("likes"===t&&!C)return, not
the shape the earlier rule expected; a rule for it shows the list to
everyone who chose classic.
