…kedown, outbox give-up, tests A peer's signed request proves who sent money, not how much it really had, so the receiving side now brakes it: money.peer_daily_cents defaults to one largest payment ($1,000) a day instead of no limit, a moved balance is taken once per migration (account_migrations.balance_moved_at) and never above 100 times the largest payment. The seven shop actions are registered in staff-permissions.ts (money and a new money_shop permission), so admins can grant or take them, and reviewShopOrder lets a moderator deliver only badges: checkmarks, hashflags, sticker packs, Explore cards, boosts and announcements are admin-only elsewhere in the panel and stay so here. admin.html hides Approve for those. A paid announcement could not be taken down; clearShopAnnouncement and a Take down button in Admin do that. The federation outbox gave up only on a 4xx; a transfer the peer hasn't taken after three days now fails and goes back to the sender. scripts/test-money-shop.ts covers listings, holds and refunds, gifts, the admin gate, the announcement and the outbox expiry; it runs in CI.
