I took the contents from the Google Doc that I came up with answering many of the questions that were posed. I believe the intent of this document was to be put into the "START HERE" repo, but because I am unsure of the intent, I'm putting it in the Internal Comms for review. Once we are happy with the contents, I believe this should be moved to the "START HERE" repo.
