Remove unreleased hostile-network engine changes from organization main

Correction

This removes the hostile-network engine feature commit that was mistakenly merged into the organization repository.

The organization repository retains only its repository-ownership corrections:

• Linux and Docker installers use WhiteDNS/CottenDns.
• Release, issue, documentation, and runtime links use WhiteDNS/CottenDns.
• Docker deployments use ghcr.io/whitedns/cottendns-server.

The hostile-network feature remains intended for TaJirax/cottenDNS only.

Validation

• Full go test ./... passed.
• Installer shell syntax passed.
• Legacy one-command upgrade contract passed.
• Compared with organization main before the mistaken merge: only the eight organization-link files differ.
