So that 3.14 passes let me try mirroring uvloop exactly as intended so that I am not playing the brute-force game. |

What do these changes do?
We got some catching up with MagicStack/uvloop#693 This pull request.
If anyone from uvloop wants to participate in the review process I fully encourage it.
Are there changes in behavior for the user?
3.14 support. is the goal of this Pull request. I've procrastinated it for too long and we need to start making changes to adapt to it. I'll try adding 3.14 free-threading to a uv virtual enviornment if things start getting too hectic.
Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?
