chore(paper): rebuild attestix-paper.pdf from v0.3.0 LaTeX source

Regenerate the committed PDF artefact from the updated LaTeX source so the v0.3.0 paper is available in its rendered form in the repo. Built via pdflatex attestix-paper.tex (twice). 7 pages, 249 KB. No undefined references, no citation warnings.
