docs(submission-pack): mark §8.2 docs blocker resolved - #138

The public connector docs now lead with the canonical OAuth 2.1 endpoint https://relay.api.vibebrowser.app/mcp instead of the legacy UUID-in-URL path, with browser:read / browser:control explained and revocation documented. The per-UUID path stays available as a labelled section for headless callers. Shipped in dzianisv/VibeBrowserProductPage#226, merged, deployed and verified live on www.vibebrowser.app (all pages 200, canonical OAuth URL present, zero remaining "no OAuth" claims, legacy section + warning intact). Only §8.1 (Team/Enterprise Claude plan gate) still blocks submission.

The Anthropic submission pack listed two blockers. The docs one is now fixed.
