feat: Support for Liquid Vesting NFTs (Transferable Schedules)

🧩 Overview

This PR introduces Liquid Vesting NFTs, allowing eligible vesting schedules to be wrapped into transferable NFTs.

Instead of a vesting schedule being permanently tied to one wallet, ownership can now be represented by an NFT. When the NFT is transferred, all future claim rights for the underlying locked allocation automatically transfer to the new NFT holder.

This enables compliant OTC transfers, secondary liquidity, and more flexible capital management for high-tier investors.
