This PR adds a GitHub storage provider to the Wally registry backend, enabling users to host packages on GitHub—both public and private.

  • Public Repos: Access without authentication.
  • Private Repos: Secure access using GitHub Personal Access Tokens.
  • Configurable Options: Set the target repository, branch, and authentication details.

This enhancement leverages GitHub's infrastructure to provide flexible, reliable package storage.
