- move the Git Commands reference / cheat sheet to main course materials

Pull Request Overview
This PR moves the Git Commands reference cheat sheet into the main course materials folder and updates its header formatting.
- Moves the cheat sheet file to the appropriate course materials directory.
- Simplifies the header by removing the emoji and inline comment.
