Full working version

This version of the code enables the calculation of homogeneous nucleation of a distribution of aerosol particles with each bin solving a separate radially symmetric Fiction diffusion equation. Diffusion coefficients can either be constant or can be calculated according to published values that depend on water mole fraction.
