Requesting to merge completed Chat/List/Feeds features from my repo

I built the Chat, Feeds, and Lists features. Please review and merge if you like. I would love to see these features added and pushed to the Windows Store app!

while i respect the time and effort you've put into doing this, from the screenshots you've shown and testing this locally, this UI is not nearly polished enough to be included in this project officially. i haven't touched these areas yet because they deserve special attention and i dont want to ship something that's just "functional", especially on mobile

what i would suggest is to take a look at what the actual bluesky mobile app does in these areas, we don't try to imitate but in general it's a good place to start

once again i really do respect the time it takes to do something like this, but i'm not comfortable merging this PR in this state, feel free to come back to me with changes if you make them
