Working release of 3.7

  • Added 3.6 __init__.pyw as iFunny_Captions.pyw, edited script locations to match 3.7
  • Fixed auepa, added as local module under ./auepafix
  • Removed time logger

Requires having FFmpeg and Gifsicle in system PATH.
Tested on Windows 10, Python 3.7.6
