Currently, the "Setting Up Your Environment" article is on the wiki for this page. However, it is a little bit more difficult to find on the wiki and is not very great for version control. So, I have migrated it as an MD file on this repository. When we merge this PR it should also close the wiki, since it's not needed anymore.
