Improving the range at which you can interact with blocks is one of the most sought-after powers of all, to the point where many before you have gone to great lengths, often violating the natural order so badly that they find themselves exiled from the world itself. Finally, however, you have found a real way to acquire this ability yourself, allowing you to break and place blocks up to %d blocks away. You cannot, however, attack mobs or open GUIs outside the normal range.

Useful if low on food or desperately low on health, the ability to instantly heal a heart or two is an expensive yet indispensable asset.

Even with the most powerful armor available, and with all sorts of other protections active, you often find yourself still in mortal danger simply due to the fact that some things deal more damage than you can withstand. Fortunately, you have found that you have the ability to increase your life force up to a factor of three with the application of a great deal of associated energy.

You are not alone in this world; you share it with many other creatures, ranging from basic animals to beings advanced enough to try and scam you out of emeralds. However, some of these creatures seem to harbor an irrational hatred for you, attempting to kill you on sight, even if it costs them their own lives. Using the magic elements, combined with the application of a healthy amount of deception, you might be able to stave off their aggression.

Crafting would be so much more convenient if it had higher yields. To that end, you have devised a way to increase the yield of nearly every recipe available, doubling the usefulness of your resources. However, you have yet to devise how to extend this power to your digital creations.

You have previously devised ways to combat the corruption that infects your world, but reverting the damage is often time-consuming and requires direct manual input. Remembering that the rainbow trees accomplish this effect naturally, you wonder if you can imbue yourself with a similar capability.

Remembering that the rainbow trees accomplish this effect naturally, you wonder if you can imbue yourself with a similar capability. Indeed, this effect seems even more potent, having effects beyond that which the trees do, and giving off such a powerful aura that it attracts various creatures in the vicinity.

Few things are more irritating than deciding to build a structure, then having to return home 15 times because you cannot carry enough materials. You have that near-infinite storage system, but its wireless capabilities, if they work at all - a rare occurrence - are expensive and difficult to use. Much better would be to somehow unify whatever you hold with what might be in the system.

You have that near-infinite storage system, but its wireless capabilities, if they work at all - a rare occurrence - are expensive and difficult to use. Much better would be to somehow unify whatever you hold with what might be in the system, accomplished via binding yourself to any part of the storage network.

<mobseek>
A mob radar is all well and good, until its warning of a nearby creeper is useless because the mob is hiding in a patch of trees. Going into the forest is a very bad idea, as it entails putting oneself in danger; being able to see - and shoot - the mobs through solid surfaces would be far better.

To think of all those hours you spent fine-tuning your apiculture production lines, breeding the master race of bees - somewhat amusingly earning you a moniker that brings to mind certain expansionist despots. Sure, half of it was spent using the latest in magic-block technology to redesign them at the genetic level, but a large fraction was wasted coaxing finicky insects into a analysis tool - your supply of honeydew may never recover - just to find out the bee is of better use if liquidated. If only you could view their genetics at a glance, you could save hours of time.

Be it a winding cave, a subterranean river, or just a very large overhang, the dark regions of your world have a tendency to fill with monsters. You could spam torches, or you could even use a construct you created for the purpose, but neither of those are fast, and their ranges are often limited. Literally flood-filling the area with light will require another approach.
</lightcast>
<nuker>
You have found a world with hollow mounds of earth from the roofs of which hang stalactites of ore. That sounds lucrative, but collecting said ore is often a hassle, as it is in a number of small disconnected patches, and manually mining it out as metal boxes pump forth monsters is proving very unpleasant. You need something more dramatic, and the stories of some others' ability to break the fabric of reality to achieve just this are now an inspiration.

Gliders of leather are nice - except when they spontaneously fail and drop you to your death - but they only work so long as you can gain that initial altitude. You cannot carry saplings for giant trees everywhere you go, and you never seem to remember to refuel your more mundane flight devices, but perhaps there is another way. Hopefully never again will you need to hop three thousand meters, 8 blocks at a time.
</jump>
<superbuild>
Waking from a nightmare, featuring a distorted version of the world, populated not with creepers and spiders but noisy bomb flies and giant tunneling worms, you had a flash of inspiration. While noone in their right mind would want to recreate the entire dream, the ability to build across chasms or into the air is something you WOULD like to see. Fortunately, that is probably within your abilities.
</superbuild>
<chestclear>
Finding rooms with chests of loot is always a nice surprise - though slightly less pleasant when a hidden spawner arranges for an unexpected encounter - but actually TAKING all of the loot is something of a chore. And that does not even begin to cover cases like when the chests are inaccessible, such as the one you encountered behind a tripwire some maniac rigged to TNT. Being able to raid these things at a distance would be not only convenient, but prudent.
</chestclear>
<mobbait>
No matter what you try, going out at night seemingly inevitably results in you being tailed by a dozen assorted monsters who will not stop the chase until you or they are destroyed. You do not always have enough firepower on hand to make that a desirable gamble, and so deception might be in order instead - leaving something behind to distract them, giving you time to flee. One wonders if this works on all pursuers, regardless of how alien and distorted they may be...
