v1.2.2 is small update that partially integrates new WBD datasets and rewrites the GIS view queries to gracefully skip views if the underlying tables are not part of the setup recipe.

The impetus for the work under this release was upstreamdownstream for which there is some additional code from late January. The overall goal of upstream downstream remains nonfunctional but there is incremental progress.
