쓰기, 수정, 삭제가 없는 경우 즉, 읽기만 하는 경우에는
@Transactinal에 readonly=true 옵션을 넣어주면 내부적으로 불필요한 작업(더티체킹 등)을 하지 않기 때문에 성능을 조금 개선할 수 있습니다.
