This is the data from this article: Challenging the Astral mass analyzer to quantify up to 5,300 proteins per single cell at unseen accuracy to uncover cellular heterogeneity. It features label-free single-cell samples acquired on the Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer. I only kept the data related to single-cell samples. I'll add the object to ExperimentHub once the merge is complete.
