Because

Course READMEs weren't necessarily reflective of their respective courses and provided no value.

This PR

  • remove READMEs from each course, excluding archived courses

Issue

This PR does not close an issue

Additional Information

I haven't remove the archived course READMEs, but I can in another commit if wanted.
