Because

Update generating ssh-keygen section in Setting up git lesson to more clarify the purpose of -C flag.

This PR

• Remove incorrect information about email needed for GitHub to recognize the key
• Move the note below the key command, it didn't make sense that we show the full command in a note and then show the actual command after
• Replace the note styling with the new lesson-note styling
• Replace email's surrounding <> with double quotes to make it easier for the command to copy paste, It will still generate a valid key for people who copy paste the command without changing the email to something else.
