Added a new method `GetScaleFactorForMonitor` in `NativeMethods.cs` to retrieve the scale factor for a specific monitor from `shcore.dll`. Modified `screenCenterPoint` calculation in `WindowUtilities.cs` to use this scale factor, ensuring accurate center point calculation regardless of monitor scaling settings.
