Update: Checklist Component Enhancements

1. Improved Checklist Item Preview

• Full Item List Display: Modified the checklist preview cards to show all items with a scrollbar instead of limiting to only the first few
• Custom Scrollbar Styling: Added custom scrollbar styling for better appearance
• Removed Item Limit: Removed the "more items" message since all items are now visible via scrolling

2. Interactive Checkboxes in Preview Cards

• Direct Item Toggling: Added functionality to check/uncheck items directly from the preview cards
• Immediate Saving: Changes to item completion status are saved immediately to prevent data loss
• No Dialog Required: Users no longer need to open the edit dialog just to mark items as complete
• Visual Feedback: Cursor changes to pointer when hovering over checkboxes to indicate they're clickable
