Description of Change

Added a C implementation of triangular fuzzy sets, including methods for membership, union, intersection, and complement operations.

Notes:
Will add more fuzzy set functions and implement a Fuzzy Inference System (FIS), commonly used in modern control systems, adding them incrementally to ensure clarity and coherence.
