- Add exam version transition information (003 → 004)
- Create section 14: Custom Validation Rules (new exam topic)
- Create section 15: Ephemeral Values & Write-Only Arguments (new exam topic)
- Expand section 10: Add comprehensive depends_on coverage
- Update section 12: Rebrand to HCP Terraform and add Projects feature
- Update all Terraform version references from 1.5+ to 1.12+
- Update README with new sections and exam focus areas
- Review and correct provisioners documentation
