RDP接続、コンソール接続、サインイン、ロック解除のタイミングで、壁紙 or 背景を強制ロードする処理を追加した 画像の読み込みに失敗した場合に、以前の設定を維持するよう修正した
RDP再接続等によりDDBが使用不可にになった場合に、背景リソースを再構築するよう修正した テーマ設定変更時に背景が再構築されるよう、ディスプレイ/セッション関連のイベント処理を見直した
