This pull request builds on #127

It implements basic functionality for SSR nextjs pages with hydration/dehydration support. It's based on the Tanstack React Query implementation especially the advanced guide. It's possible there's some sort of optimizations that can be made on the server side with ShapeStream.

Changes include

  • hydration/dehydration support
  • test cases
  • an example nextjs app the mirrors the react app.
  • CollectionClientProvider
  • CollectionHydrationBoundary

the provider and hydration boundry are in the nextjs implementation. If needed they can be moved somewhere within packages.
