The shared changeset-preview action reads every pending changeset in .changeset/ rather than just the PR's delta, so with ~50 unreleased changesets accumulated the comment misattributes the whole backlog (including bogus 1.0.0 major bumps) to every PR. version-previewjob from the PR workflow. The sharedTanStack/configchangeset-previewaction runs@changesets/get-release-planagainst the PR checkout, which picks up all pending changesets in.changeset/— not just the ones the PR adds. With ~50 unreleased changesets accumulated onmain, every PR comment showed the entire backlog (30 packages "bumped", including bogus0.x → 1.0.0major rows despite no major changesets existing), making the preview misleading on every PR.No test changes needed — CI-only deletion.
