Create more accurate ArmExtension sim #66

the current SIM is based on an elevator sim which doesn't take into account that gearing only matters on retraction and not on extension. This means that the SIM is very inaccurate when compared to real life. I have worked around this by removing gearing entirely from the extension simulation but that isn't accurate and the correct model should be modeled and simulated.
