Motivation 🤔

Vanilla-Extract가 web workspace 환경에서 에러 발생
Workshop workspace에서 svgr vite plugin 적용

Key Changes 🔑

Vanilla Extract recipe globalStyle과 사용 못함 -> style로 바꾸고 적용
svgr rollup 에서 svgr vite plugin 적용
