Access to allow user to use BankAccount.
Overrides all other Bankaccount permissions (If you don't have this, you can't use BankAccount even if you have bankaccount.admin access)
Access to all commands and accounts
Access the same as: open,user,deposit,withdraw
Access to all commands except area commands
Access to open own accounts + show balance
Access to add/remove users on own accounts
Access to close own accounts
Access to list own accounts (all for admins if SuperAdmin is enabled)
Access to deposit to own accounts
Access to withdraw from own accounts
Access to set password on accounts
Access to transfer from own accounts
Access to loan money
