- Replace every product 'AI gateway' copy reference with 'Sylphx AI'/'models'/'model API'. - Add docs/copy/naming.md as company-level product-naming SSOT: products are Sylphx Platform, Sylphx AI, Spiron, Keel; AI catalog tile is 'Models'; managed DB/Redis/Typesense TLS edge is 'Data Edge'; 'Gateway' is retired as a product name. - Link policy from README.
