Athena Setup

If you haven't already set up Athena it's super quick.

When you first open Athena in the AWS Console, you'll get a page like this:

Hit 'Launch Query Editor'

The Next page will look something like this:

Hit the 'Edit Setting' button in the top blue bar.

The settings page has Query result and encryption settings hit the 'Manage' button:

Now pick the S3 Bucket that you'd like to use by hitting the 'Browse S3' button:

In order for SageWorks to access the Athena results you must choose the bucket that starts with aws-athena-query-results:

Now hit 'Choose' and then hit 'Save' on the top screen and you're all done. If you have any questions/issues please don't hesitate to contact the SCP team via Discord or email [email protected]
