feat: add interactive quiz feature for Stellar knowledge testing

Description

Adds a new interactive quiz experience to the frontend, including a dedicated /quiz route, a gamified quiz engine UI, and XState-based state management for quiz flow. This PR introduces question handling for multiple-choice, drag-to-order, and code-fill interactions, plus hint and 50/50 lifeline support.
