App crashes, with Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

Installation and camera connection works. if i try to start something, like focusing or making a snapshot, the app crashes.

Thanks for letting me know. I assume you are running version 1.1 (the latest) from Google Play? And your Note 10+ is running Android 12 (according to Wikipedia the latest Android for this device)?

I am not seeing a crash report on Google Play. Does your phone ask if you want to submit a crash report? (I am not sure if Android 12 still did this - newer Androids act as if nothing happened)

If not, I will check how to best get one from your device.

Hi,

I had this problem once. After resetting the connections on my Sony ZV-E10, I forgot to enable Bluetooth.

But this only happened once. I ran tests again under the same conditions, and now the app displays a command error and asks me to check if Bluetooth is enabled.

I'm on Android 15, but I also tested it on my son's Android 13.

@fellpower : I think the latest update should have fixed this (version 1.2) as this looks to be the same as #25. If not, please let me know.

@davi-domo : This is something very different. Sorry for not following up earlier. Is this still an issue?
