YAML Components

MAIN SETTINGS

• URL/Base URL
• Header/Footer info: title, logo, copyright

BULID SETTINGS

• Instructions for building website
• Do NOT touch!

SEARCH INDEX SETTINGS

• Markdown pages have metadata fields (e.g. date, author)
• Determines which fields to include in the search

SITE MENU SETTINGS

• Settings for the drop-down menu
• Use 'label' and 'sub' to sort
• Pages must have a 'label' and 'link' to appear in the menu

SITE FOOTER SETTINGS

• Like the site menu, footers can include indexes
• Use 'label' and 'link'
• Add footer logo (different than main logo) here
