Simple intersection method to implement a flat/truncated teardrop (technique gathered from comments made by whosawhatsis on various forums/blogs).

Just a quick update for those who can't wait for this to be included. I packaged this up as a standalone module (dependent on MCAD) at https://github.com/dotscad/dotscad/blob/master/flat_teardrop.scad And to the maintainers here, feel free to grab that standalone file (all of the dotscad library files are under the LGPL specifically to be compatible with MCAD) if you think it works better as a standalone module. |
