How to know the recipe ID of Cuisine mod?

Enable advanced tooltips (press F3 + H)
Open JEI
Point at the output of the recipe you want

NOTE: Recipes added by CraftTweaker will randomly generate an identifier. So you cannot remove a custom recipe by identifier.
