Moved here from #116865, closed on 2026-10-25 so this fork stack is the only copy. It opens upstream again after review.
Problem
integrations-listdrops a sender'sconfig.verified, so an agent cannot see whether a sender's domain is verified.This recreates the fork draft Silthus#351 on current master. Its earlier upstream draft, PostHog#113058, is closed. It does not depend on #568, but both PRs gate their tools on the same
workflows-email-domain-agent-setupflag.Note

Test seam: the MCP catalog and tool calls at the API transport boundary, in
services/mcp/tests/unit/workflows-sending-readiness.test.ts.Test rationale:
integrations-listkeepsconfig.verifiedas true or false and drops other config keys. No existing test read sender verification through the tool.Ran locally on this head: the readiness, schema snapshot and tool filtering MCP suites.
hogli build:openapiproduced no further changes, andhogli ci:preflight --strictpassed.Not run: a live MCP session against a running stack, and upstream CI beyond the draft subset. The MCP typecheck fails in this checkout only on the unbuilt
