Summary
This change introduces the functionality of devcontainers to SigNoz. This will allow you to start your development faster, and enable you to run a fully functional SigNoz demo environment on the web, in a github codespace. By setting the ports to public, you will be able to allow your colleagues to interface with Signoz. Use cases for this functionality are
