Pre-run Set Up

Please download the vgg segmentation model from here and put it under facial_segmentation/checkpoints_vgg_weightedCE folder.
Please download the resnet segmentation model from here and put it under facial_segmentation/checkpoints_resnet_weightedCE folder.
Please download the colour transfer related parameters from here and here, and place them under colour_transfer/ folder.
