Introduce scripts/logger.ts (DEBUG/INFO/WARN/ERROR, LOG_LEVEL filtering, LOG_FORMAT=json, child loggers, circular-safe stringify) and replace console.* usage across PayFlow scripts so production log aggregation works. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
