Tasks can be filtered by namespace

Problem

Navigating through maintenance tasks when there are a lot of tasks populated is cumbersome.

Whats changed

• Adds a new sidebar to allow filtering tasks by namespace. This allows easy grouping of tasks by team/category/role etc.
• Add a search bar, that allows searching through the list of tasks visible on the page.
