• Refresh ci-inventory-latest.md at tip after Dependabot/fix(ci): remove unreachable org/ci-workflows Dependabot dependency #210 and F33/lean(f33): align root Policy.lean with proved proofs/Policy.lean #211 merges.
• Inventory 61/61 gated green, exit 0 x2.
