We want to be able to trigger releases for ssolc versions that are not merged yet, to test them or do it retroactively or whatnot. Right now we have a nice version of ssolc that is being audited and hence not being merged to seismic branch, but we still want to use it in the monorepo to build contracts with via-ir.

Merging despite CI failing because the sem test is fixed in the audit branch, and will eventually merge, but I need this CI to be merged to seismic branch to be able to manually trigger it. |
